On September 24 a public discussion on “Potential opportunities and challenges of municipal amalgamation process” took place in Martuni in the framework of “Participatory democracy in action” project․ The event thoroughly addressed the concept, issues and challenges of amalgamation process as well as discuss local government elections under the proportional electoral system.
