The changes in the trends of human outflow and inflow in RA have their expression in a number of spheres of public life. To identify and observe the public opinion on the mentioned issue, on October 14, 2022 a regional discussion on "Human influx to RA: What has been changed since 2020 ?" was held in the Artashat community, Ararat region. The participants presented the socio-economic consequences of the influx, giving examples with positive and negative aspects. Expert Gevorg Sahakyan, commenting on the presented examples, cited statistical data and professional justifications.
