In order to summarize the results of the discussions on human influx held in Ararat and Gegharkunik
Regions, on November 16, a public discussion on "Human influx into RA: What has been changed
since 2020?" was held in Yerevan. It helped to consider the existing problems related to migrants from
different perspectives, summarizing the overall pattern. Due to the examples and facts presented by
the participants, an effective and meaningful discussion was ensured.
Ambassadors, National Assembly deputies, representatives of state and local government bodies, as
well as non-governmental organizations were present at the meeting.

The discussion was organized in the framework of the “Participatory democracy in action” project,
which is implemented within the collaboration of "Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center Armenia” (TIAC), “Political dialogue”, “and “Martuni Women’s Community Council” NGOs with the financial support of the European Union.
