Description
Parliamentary control over the executive power is an integral part of the democratic society. The National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia has the necessary powers and tools for its control to perform the functions but they are not sufficiently used. This research is an attempt to examine the presence of parliamentary oversight and its shortcomings and gaps.
