Monitoring of Armenian Public Procurement in 2016-2017

The goal of the project is to contribute to the formulation and implementation of effective anti-corruption policies in Armenia through promoting transparent and accountable management of public finances. It is achieved through identifying the gaps and shortcomings of the Armenian legislation on public procurement; assessing implementation of the procurement legislation in practice; identifying corruption risks and malpractices in procurement process; promoting the recommendations. Appeals system, single source procurement, framework agreements and procurement for military are subjects of the public procurement monitoring.
