Public Oversight of Yerevan City Council and Local Government Elections 2013

The project goal is to promote free, fair and transparent elections of Yerevan City Council and Local Government Elections to be held in May 2013 by contributing to a professional and unbiased assessment of the quality of electoral process and increasing the visibility of the Armenian election observation internationally. The project encompasses conducting seminars by European Platform for Democratic Elections, training of observers and journalists, arrangement for official accreditation of local observers, conduct of observation in the selected precincts, development of a report on observation and follow-up of electoral violations with respective administrative and law enforcement bodies.
