Electronic Monitoring of Voting Numbers of 2013 Yerevan City Council Elections

The goal of the project is to contribute to the conducting of fair elections of Yerevan Council and by that enhance the trust of the population towards elections. This goal is achieved through controlling the accuracy of the process and results of voting in all precincts of Yerevan, analyzing possible instances of irregularities and fraud during voting, widely disseminate the results of that analysis, and assess the impact of irregularities and fraud on the outcome of the Yerevan City Council elections.
