An interactive webpage is effective on Transparency International Anticorruption Center’s website to depict the violations committed during March 9, 2014 local government elections monitored by the observers of “Citizen Observer” Initiative Group. The Initiative group members observe the elections in the electoral precincts of the communities Darbnik, Zorak, Hayanist, Nizami, Sayat-Nova, Sis of Ararat Marz (province); Darpas, Lernavan, Debet, Marts of Lori Marz; Basen of Shirak Marz and Hovq of Tavush Marz. The observation group registered 49 violations. The majority of violations related to the course of voting process. Other violations referred to opening of the precincts and summarization of the election results.

"Citizen Observer" Initiative was created in 2013 by Transparency International Anticorruption Center, Europe in Law Association, Journalists' Club "Asparez," Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor Office non governmental organizations, joined by Diaspora Armenians and civic activists.
