Initiated by Transparency International Anti-corruption Center (TIAC), award-giving ceremony of "Time to Wake up" animation contest was held in The Club Cafe on October 10, 2013. The participants were required to show why it was important for people to be informed, apply to state institutions to get information, demand accountability and access to information, promote change in citizen attitudes through a raised issue and cause interest on information about public life. Eligible contest participants were given the assignment to present the idea by submitting up to 3-minute animated video.

Sona Ayvazyan, TIAC Deputy Director welcomed the audience with opening remarks, and presented contest results. According to the speaker, jury members were guided by the following evaluation criteria: interesting idea and stimulating message, creative approach and skilful graphic work. The jury members were Ara Shirinyan, Artistic Director and Producer at Shoghakat TV Company, Director Davit Stepanyan, Nazareth Karoyan, Art Critic, Founder and Director of the Institute for Contemporary Art, Nora Galfayan, President of Utopiana.am creative-cultural NGO, Nouneh Sarkisian, Executive Director of Media Initiatives Center (former Internews Media Support NGO).

The prize, a video camera went to Arman Yaralyan for his film "Sheepocracy", which was recognized as contest winner. The film is about the choice that the sheep would have made should they have an opportunity to elect. Arsen Antonyan got honorable mention prize for "The Little Prince Journey to Armenia" animation. Arman Ayvazyan, Arpine Ayvazyan and Hermine Samvelyan received "Certificates of Participation."
