In reply to Transparency International Anti-corruption Centers application to RA National Assemblys Interim Committee on Ethics and Ethics Commission for High Ranking Officials with a request to consider the issue of violation of the rules of ethics by Vice President of the National Assembly, MP Hermine Naghdalyan noted, "I have been doing extensive work for years in the National Assembly and I am fully involved in legislative activities. As for the company mentioned in the application, it has its director and officials engaged in executive activities, it under concession management." It is mentioned in henaran.am.

"I am a shareholder in that company, which is not forbidden by the Republic of Armenia laws," said Vice President of the National Assembly, MP Hermine Naghdalyan.
