Amalia Kostanyan, Chairwoman of Transparency International Anti-corruption Center participated in a series of consultations held from October 1 to 2, 2009 in the framework of the project "Monitoring of Implementation of European Neighborhood Policy", funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Representatives of TI chapters from the South Caucasus, TI-Brussels and TI-Berlin offices were brought together in Brussels.

On October 1 they met with the representatives of European Commission and European Parliament, specifically Peter Nagy, Deputy Head of Unit and Ronan Mac Aongusa, Policy Coordinator, ENP Sector Coordination Unit of the Directorate-General for the External Relations (DG RELEX) of the European Commission, Desk Officers Cesary Bardzinski, Aili Ribulis and Deren Derya, as well as Wojciech Wysocki, Policy Officer Human Rights and Democratization, DG RELEX and Evgeni Kirilov, Member of the European Parliament, EU Delegation to Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia to cover the key issues of the project and discuss the current situation in each of the counties.

The next day ENP Action Plan Monitoring methodology of the project was addressed during the workshop with a focus on its basics.
