On the day of constitutional referendum on December 6, 2015 about 1000 observers of “Citizen Observer” Initiative monitored the voting process in nearly 520 polling stations all over the Republic of Armenia. The Map of Violations operable on Transparency International Anticorruption Center (TIAC) website enabled the visitors to follow online and be informed about observed violations in certain polling stations monitored by “Citizen Observer” Initiative and where and how they were process. Nearly 1077 violations were reported. Journalist Tehmine Yenokyan interviewed TIAC Legal Adviser Heriknaz Tigranyan about it. Tigranyan presented the statistics, electoral violations that affected the outcome of the voting as well as the cases how the activity of observers and journalists was impeded.
