Christina Margaryan, Human Resources and Organizational Development Coordinator of Transparency International Anticorruption Center (TIAC) participated in a young professionals’ workshop in Hamburg, Germany on June 17-18, 2015. The event was organized by Ernst and Young (EY) Germany and Transparency International Secretariat within the framework of EY Corporate Citizenship Support for Transparency International “Building a better working world. Together. Think Social!” program.

Workshop case study “Monitoring Strategy Implementation” proposed by TIAC was examined during the event. As a result of the study Ernst and Young company’s young professionals developed monitoring and evaluation tools to help TIAC measure organizational performance at the strategic plan level and its impact, and to link individual performance in relation to agreed strategic objectives.
