Brief job description:

TIAC announces a job opening for Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for the administrative and logistical support of the on-going activities of the organization as well carry out the duties of the cashier. The incumbent will directly report to Human Resources and Organizational Development Coordinator.

Job responsibilities:

  • Handle the telephone calls, ensuring the proper communication with the stakeholders and partners;
  • Maintain daily correspondence, keeping an electronic register of incoming and outgoing letters and ensuring the organization’s letters delivery;
  • Update regularly the contacts database of stakeholders;
  • Assist in the procurement of goods/services of the organization, ensuring the proper conclusion of service contracts upon necessity;
  • Perform the cashier’s duties of the organization;
  • Assist in the organization of meetings, events, receptions upon necessity, as well the reservation of halls, etc;
  • Organize the office equiment repair work upon necessity;
  • Make translations upon necessity.

Required qualifications:

  • Higher education
  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russian
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment
