The policy analysis, "Legislative Issues on the Alienation of Property for Overriding Public Interest," seeks to examine the challenges and issues arising in the Republic of Armenia regarding the expropriation of citizens' property for public interest purposes and to provide legislative recommendations to mitigate and prevent these challenges.
