Transparency International Anticorruption Center (TIAC) held Board Meeting on September 10-12, 2014. It brought together Board members Levon Barseghyan, Haykak Arshamyan, Mikael Hovhannisyan, as well as Arsen Kharatyan via telecommunication. Board member Levon Barseghyan presided over the meeting, and Christine Margaryan served as the secretary of the meeting. TIAC Executive Director Varuzhan Hoktanyan, Deputy Director Sona Ayvazyan and Organization members Suren Saghatelyan, Heriknaz Tigranyan and Arthur Avtandilyan were also present at the meeting. The meeting continued the next two days via electronic communication with the participation of all Board members, including Artur Sakunts.

The following items were on the agenda: election of the Board chair, the issue of Board member Arevik Saribekyan’s resignation of TIAC membership, amendments to TIAC’s Human Resource Policies and to Administrative Organizational Structure, other issues.

As a result of three-day meeting Haykak Arshamyan was unanimously elected as Board chair. As for the next items, TIAC member Arevik Saribekyan’s application on her resignation was accepted, and it was decided to include the item in the forthcoming agenda of TIAC special General Meeting to be held on September 27. The provided amendments to Human Resource Policies and the Administrative Organizational Structure were approved. It was also decided to become member of international organizations engaged in electoral processes, particularly in the European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations (ENEMO).
