TIAC has submitted observations and recommendations on the draft decision of the RA Government “On defining the procedure for the management of gifts transformed into state property by public officials and public servants; the list of perishable and costly-to-maintain property; the cases, procedure, and methods of disposal of perishable property; specifics of managing certain types of property; the methodology for selecting the methods of property management; and the procedure for providing an opinion as defined by the Law on State Protocol.
