Description
NGOs have published a joint opinion on the draft law "On Amendments and Supplements to the Constitutional Law "Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia", considering some of the regulations proposed therein problematic and accordingly presenting a number of proposals aimed at strengthening public oversight of disciplinary proceedings against judges, as well as clarifying the grounds for disciplinary liability.
