NGOs have presented a joint opinion on the RA Law "On Amending the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia" regarding the provision on "Releasing from Criminal Liability Persons Who Have Committed Grave and Particularly Grave Crimes on the Basis of Repentance," adopted in full by the RA National Assembly on July 12, 2023, in the second reading.
