Monitoring of Public Procurement in 2011-2012

The goal of the project is to assess how the procurement system of Armenia is designed vs. how it operates in practice, including the study of selection processes and observation of complaint mechanisms. This is achieved by fostering transparency, accountability and participation in the fields of procurement through monitoring and analyzing procedures and processes, raising awareness and generating public debate, initiating advocacy and lobbying for appropriate reforms.
