Public Service Law Monitoring

The project aims at establishing a platform for monitoring of enforcement of the public service legislation. It can be achieved through elaboration of a strategy for monitoring, particularly targeting the conflict of interest and transparency of income and property declarations of a selected group of public servants; data collection through official inquiries, media coverage monitoring, analysis of the responses of respective institutions to the reported/published violations, case studies by investigative journalists, etc.; identification of deficiencies and loopholes of Public Service Law that prevent proper implementation of the law as well as its monitoring.
