The project aims at promoting good governance in Armenia in its political, economic and social processes. This will be achieved by fostering transparency, accountability and participation in the fields of elections and procurement through monitoring and analyzing procedures and processes, raising awareness and generating public debate, initiating advocacy and lobbying for appropriate reforms. The Project consists of two parts, including the monitoring of the parliamentary elections to be held on 2012, and monitoring of public procurement via the publication, presentation and dissemination of project findings.
