Campaign Finance Monitoring in Armenia
The project aims to increase public awareness of political finance and enhance transparency and fairness of electoral campaigns in Armenia. It includes the production and dissemination of Armenian version of a manual on monitoring of campaign finance and use of administrative resources, as well as a comprehensive report on campaign finance monitoring conducted during 2007 parliamentary and 2008 presidential elections in Armenia by TIAC. Parallel to that, discussions with Armenian experts on electoral legislation are organized to develop recommendations on the improvement of the relevant provisions of the Armenian Electoral Code.

Expert discussion on regulation of electoral campaign finance in Armenia
Transparency International Anti-corruption Center (TIAC) convened on December 17, 2008 an expert discussion on electoral legislation within the framework of "Monitoring of the election campaign finance in Armenia" project. Organized with the support of IFES, the discussion brought together interested legislators, representatives from governmental institutions, international organizations, political parties and NGOs to share their expertise and experience on regulation of electoral campaign finance in Armenia.
