Transparency International Anticorruption Center (TIAC) and Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) invite the representatives of NGOs from the Marzes (provinces) of Armenia for trainings to be carried out within “Engaging civil society in monitoring conflict of interests in Eastern Partnership countries” project. During the training TIAC and EPF experts will present the methodology of monitoring conflict of interests elaborated within the framework of the project, monitoring conflict of interest policy implementation and control mechanisms at legislative and institutional level, as well as public tools for control and monitoring of conflict of interest.

Once the training is over EPF will invite proposals for its 2014–15 Small Grants Competition. The winner organizations will be given opportunity to carry out conflict of interest monitoring in public administration. As a result of trainings and grants the local CSOs will obtain capacity to conduct their own projects of conflict of interest monitoring.

Deadline for receipt of applications for participation in the training courses is December 18, 2014.

The applications will include the participant’s CV and a letter of interest, covering information on the current experience of the applicant, his/her engagement in NGO activities, as well as on application of the knowledge acquired during the training.
