Transparency International Anticorruption Center (TIAC) plans a series of policy studies in the areas of anticorruption policy, public service, health and education and seeks to advance its methodologies and practices of the monitoring of these areas. With this regard, TIAC invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing services. The consultant is expected to present description of methodology and a policy research/monitoring plan, as well as data collection tools and analysis guidelines. Total duration of the assignment will be 4 months from the start date mentioned in the Service Contract. Consultant is expected to be able to start the work early May 2015.
