The issue on public utilities was the topic chosen to be discussed during the second show of "Election postman" project. Participants of the show Anahit Bakhshyan of Heritage Party, Karlen Gevorgyan of Armenian Revolutionary Federation- Dashnaktsutyun, Mher Shahgeldyan of Rule of Law Party, and Vazgen Safaryan of Communist Party of Armenia attempted to answer the mentioned pressing issues by sharing their expertise.

- Public utilities rates go up, and we are unable to pay them. What is your opinion in that regard?

- We are supposed to be equipped with twenty-four-hour water supply but we actually have water for only four hours. Will you please explain why is it so? We nevertheless do pay the bills, don't we?

- Garbage is not being collected in the villages and people dispose of it anywhere. Garbage needs to be collected in the villages, the nature also gets polluted. Why? How will these all be ended?

- We conclude a contract but we still do not have water. The irrigation ditches are not cleared. When will the problem get due attention? When will we have normal irrigation water?
