An extraordinary electronic board meeting of Transparency International Anti-corruption Center (TIAC) was held on June 17, 2011 with the participation of TIAC Chair Sona Ayvazyan, board members Suren Saghatelyan and Davit Sargsyan, as well as TIAC Executive Director Varuzhan Hoktanyan and employee and meeting secretary Christina Margaryan. The two items of the agenda were TIAC's joining the newly established Civil Society Development Network Committee and allocating 250000 AMD for the design of Amalia Kostanyan Award.

Sona Ayvazyan informed that TIAC received an invitation from Civic Development and Partnership Foundation to join the newly established Civil Society Development Network Committee as member. The mission of the committee is to enable favorable environment for civil society in Armenia and enhance its role in the society.

As for the second item, Sona Ayvazyan informed that Open Society Foundations - Armenia offered to allocate 250000 AMD for Amalia Kostanyan Award design instead of 150000 AMD. The board was unanimous in e-voting in favor of both decisions.
