Huguette Labelle, Chair of Transparency International, a global movement against corruption wrote on behalf of the TI movement to extend sympathies and condolences on the untimely loss of Amalia - one of the most visible faces of the TI. "We all lost a friend but for the team at your Chapter this is beyond what any of us can express. We will all miss her. Please know that we are with you, the staff and your Board at this time." Warm and exciting condolence messages were sent to TIAC also by representatives of TI International Secretariat and members of the Board of Directors, as well as representatives of TI Chapters worldwide.
