Heriknaz Tigranyan, Legal Adviser of Transparency International Anticorruption Center (TIAC) addressed TIAC standpoint on constitutional changes and presented some observations, first of all, how those changes would affect ordinary citizens of Armenia. She grounded why necessity to make amendments to Constitution gave rise to doubt, why the Armenian citizens would have fewer opportunities to participate in state governance, thus reducing democracy in the country, what the Armenian citizens would gain in social-economic spheres, by obviously recording regress in the text of the draft.
