Transparency International Anti-corruption Center (TIAC) Board meeting was held on December 26, 2011. During the meeting Varuzhan Hoktanyan, TIAC Executive Director presented Activity Report of the organization implemented in 2011, which was unanimously endorsed by TIAC Board. The Board also approved Work Plan 2012, as well as Job Grading and Salary Policy submitted to its consideration.

Among other items of the agenda the Board discussed the issue of Board involvement in the organization activity as well as election observation mission to be carried out by TIAC during the upcoming parliamentary elections in Armenia.
