Transparency International Anti-corruption Center (TIAC) held an extraordinary board meeting on June 9, 2011 with the participation of Chair Sona Ayvazyan, board members Vazgen Karapetyan, Lana Karlova and Suren Saghatelyan, as well as TIAC Executive Director Varuzhan Hoktanyan and the organization's employee and meeting secretary Christina Margaryan. The three items on the agenda were approval of the new organization structure, approval of the procedure of issuing an advertisement on Amalia Kostanyan award endorsed by General Meeting and other issues.

Chair Sona Ayvazyan presented the new organization structure, developed by Cascade Consultants CJSC, which also took part in revising the current job descriptions and defining some position titles. They also discussed a motion of the necessity of another job in the organization, PR executive, who will develop TIAC strategy and policy and will present the organization in public sphere. The motion was approved by all board members.

Sona Ayvazyan informed that Open Society Foundations - Armenia (OSF-Armenia) is eager to have financial investment in the design of Amalia Kostanyan award, since A. Kostantyan had been the Board Chair of OSF- Armenia. The Board approved the motion that TIAC and Open Society Foundation - Armenia come up with a joint open announcement of competition for A. Kostanyan award design, that the company or person wining the competition receive a prize of 150,000 AMD, and that the competition participants present 1-3 copies of the award design within at least a month starting from the day of publication of the announcement.

As for the third item, it was decided to develop a mechanism to apprise the board of the events if any of the board members was going to represent TIAC.
