The discussion titled “After the Elections: The Resilience Agenda for Media and Civil Society” brought together representatives of civil society, media organisations, news outlets, and the communications sector.

The rules incorporate several CSO recommendations that improve transparency and access to information when protecting people’s property rights, but leave gaps in meaningful public participation.
