On the RA draft law "On Making Amendments to the RA Criminal Code"

Stricter identification requirement for submitting comments on draft legal acts may reduce accessibility of public consultations.

The “Akanates” Observation Mission, having reviewed the draft law on making amendments to the Constitutional Law “Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia,” and  finds that although the draft raises issues of essential importance for the exercise of electoral rights, their resolution requires a more in-depth constitutional, legal, and professional discussion.

TIAC has published a report assessing the activities of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Armenia, which presents an analysis of the institution’s effectiveness and the main directions for reforms in the context of international anti-corruption standards.

TIAC, represented by its Executive Director Sona Ayvazyan, is a member of the Council and values this format as an important opportunity to amplify the voices of refugees and forcibly displaced persons, reflect their needs in policymaking processes, and contribute to more effective protection of their rights.
