The Caucasus Research Resource Center (CRRC)-Armenia Foundation jointly with Transparency International Anticorruption Center (TIAC), within the framework of USAID funded “Engaged Citizenry for Responsible Governance” project, conducted a research in 2015-16 “Best Practices: Study of Armenian NGOs dealing with advocacy.” It aims to reveal the needs of civil society organizations (CSOs) that emphasize advocacy activities as well as to assess the potential of these organizations to raise public awareness and influence public policies.

The Executive Summary presents the main challenges faced by advocacy NGOs as revealed by the study and recommends a range of solutions to overcome them.
