Popular tycoon and leader of BHK Gagik Tsarukyan stated that the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) did not rule out that it might form an alliance with other political forces ahead of the April 2 parliamentary elections. In this regard A1Plus interviewed Armen Grigoryan, political scientist and Electoral Projects Coordinator of Transparency International Anticorruption Center (TIAC). In Grigoryan’s opinion some marginal political parties might want to join Tsarukyan but he did not think that it would develop into an alliance. As for Tsarukyan’s announcement on his return to active politics, Armen Grigoryan noted, “Tsarukyan’s comeback was not postponed by the demand of people or other factors but by the decision of Serzh Sargsyan.”
