Radio Liberty: According to the report published by Transparency International Anticorruption Center (TIAC) in 2014 single source procurement in the amount of 178 billion AMD was conducted in Armenia. The report mentions the trend in 2014 public procurement market to conduct the main part of procurement in noncompetitive manner, which increases dependency of the chosen participant from the client. In the assessment of TIAC Expert Artak Manukyan the state of procurement in the tenure of this government was deteriorated compared with that of the previous one. “There is considerable decline in transparency, moreover, there is no proper oversight regarding data entry.”
