Armenian Public Radio: Ten days before the referendum, on November 26, 2015 at the Media Center, Transparency International Anticorruption Center’s (TIAC) executive director Varuzhan Hoktanyan held a training for those interested in learning how they can verify electoral lists and conduct electoral oversight using the elections.transperency.am website and the specially formulated program. Activists, citizen observers, members of political parties, and anyone who wishes for the referendum to proceed with minimal electoral violations is anticipated to use TIAC’s resources. During the last nationwide elections, TIAC used this program in order to uncover electoral violations, which the Armenian National Congress presented at Constitutional Court in order to appeal election results.

The website has all of the necessary tools in order to conduct comparisons based on the number of persons registered in a specific address, their ages and other information. All of the available information is accurate and derived from the National Statistical Service of the Republic of Armenia. On the day of the referendum there will also be information available from the Central Electoral Commission's official website. On that day, it will be possible to effectively observe the electoral process. For example, while sitting in front of the computer one can easily verify a very large amount of information.
