Transparency International global movement calls on participation in new contest within the scope of “Unmask the Corrupt” campaign. The contest aims to expose cases of grand corruption. The contest will play out in three stages

Phase 1: Nominate (8 October – 30 November 2015)
Interested people should sent a text about the person or organization seen as the biggest culprit of grand corruption (maximum 400 words) and a photo before 30 November. None of the nominations in Armenia will be uploaded on the Unmask website without being informed and having previously agreed by Transparency International Anticorruption Center. The nominations will be uploaded on the “Unmask the Corrupt” website. On 9 December 2015 the shortlist will be published on the contest website.

Phase 2: Vote (9 December 2015 – 10 February 2016)
December 9 is chosen as a starting date for the public to vote for short-listed nominations of grand corruption. This will be the time for networks to make mark on the case believed is most corrupt.

Phase 3: Time for Justice (10 February 2016 onwards)
After the votes are tallied, the top two will be focused as two “winners” – the ones that the public would have defined as the worst perpetrators.

All measures are taken to make the contest site as secure as possible, and to protect the participants during all the stages.
