According to Radio Liberty billions of drams are being spent on a training center of the Ministry of Finance in Dilijan. The total cost of the controversial project is estimated at 13.5 billion drams ($28.4 million), a hefty sum for a country with an annual state budget equivalent to around $3 billion. This information was provided to Radio Liberty from the Ministry. Nonetheless, in the opinion of specialists this information is not feasible. In the opinion of Artak Manukyan, Expert of Transparency International Anticorruption Center the effectiveness of expenses raise serious doubts.
