As part of the third round of monitoring of Armenia under the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)/ Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia (ACN) Istanbul Anti-Corruption Action Plan (IAP) OECD ACN with Transparency International Anti-corruption Center organized Special panel with Civil Society on July 22, 2014. During 21-24 July 2014 a group of peer review experts from IAP and ACN countries visited Yerevan to meet with representatives of the government of Armenia, NGOs, business sector and international community to prepare a report.

The report will rate compliance of Armenia with the previous recommendations from the second round of monitoring conducted in 2011, and will adopt a set of new recommendations.

The purpose of this Special panel with Civil Society is to learn about its views on any progress since 2011 in such areas as

1. anti-corruption policy and institutions,
2. criminal legislation to fight corruption and law-enforcement, and
3. corruption prevention measures such as integrity of civil service, transparency of public administration, financial control, public procurement, integrity in judiciary, transparency of party financing and integrity in private sector.
