The investigator “ostensibly could not clarify the factual address of Yeritsyan,” and the proceeding was quashed

By the decision of Avan and Nor Nork administrative district general jurisdiction court all the deficiencies were recorded and the claim of Gayane Tumasyan, a victim of the Head of Civil Aviation Department Hovhannes Yeritsyan was upheld, binding the investigation body to annul the decision on quashing of criminal proceeding. According to court “in order to carry out objective and comprehensive investigation the investigator should have clarified the factual address of Hovhannes Yeritsyan, whereas no necessary measures were taken to find out where his whereabouts and to be called to investigation.” Hovhannes Yeritsyan was not interrogated even in the investigative body while preparing materials, since the investigator “could not ostensibly clarify Yeritsyan’s factual address” and the proceeding was quashed. Should he wanted, S. Poghosyan, senior investigator of Nor Nork department of police could have found out Yeritsyan, since Yeritsyan’s factual address was known, however the the investigative body failed to take any steps since it was interested not to take it.
