Armenian National Congress substantiates The village mayor (of Drakhtik community, Gegharkunik province) personally "helped" the villagers in 23/34 precinct who were not enough literate to vote "properly." There was a skirmish preventing to install a video camera in 34/23 precinct of Shirak province provided by Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK). The journalist and cameraman of "Kentron" television were taken out of 34/25 precinct. The cameras of BHK representatives were seized and the proxies of Armenian National Congress were taken out of 24/26, 24/27 and 24/28 precincts, where open voting was conducted. The proxy of the Republican Party of Armenia attcked the proxy of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) in 3/11 precinct and threatened to settle a score after election. In 11/8 precinct the proxies of HAK, BHK and Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun were unable to file a protocol, since the chairman of the commission failed to provide the record book. In 17/5 precinct the chairman of the commission, together with HHK proxy, forced HAK proxy and closed in a room to have ballots stuffed. By the instruction and participation of Vahagn village mayor open voting was conducted in 31/18 electoral district and as of 1:00 pm voting was stopped. Later a protocol was filed which was not asserted by the commission chairman representing Heritage Party. The mentioned article contained numerous other violations.
