There are numerous inconsistencies in the final data of the electoral precinct #23/57 protocol of Sotk, Gegharkunik province. According to former candidate to parliament Heghine Bisharyan of the Country of Law Party, though 1,302 voters participated in the election, only 1,171 were registered in the precinct. In view of CEC spokesperson even fewer, 1,121 voters were registered but 1,302 voted. The difference in numbers was accounted according to the spokesperson by a number of voters whose electoral rights were restored by court. Whereas in line with secretary S. Abrahamyan of the Territorial Election Commission (TEC) #23 the number of registered voters was 1,334, however, fewer voters 1302 cast votes. As for "1,121" it was the number of valid ballot papers. According to chairman D. Voskanyan of PEC 1,121 was the number of voters, who participated in the election, and 192 ballot papers were returned to TEC. 1,313 voters were registered and none of them restored their rights via court.
