On April 6, expert discussion was held in the framework of “Participatory Democracy in Action” project, implemented by Transparency International Anticorruption Center (TIAC) in collaboration with “Political Dialogue” and “Martuni Women’s Community Council” NGOs with the financial support by the European Union.

In the framework of the project, discussions of policies, mentor research and monitoring activities in the areas of public administration and democratic processes will be organized with the engagement of experts from the civil society, including CSOs, research institutions, academia, consulting companies, etc.

Representatives of the RA Government, as well as 13 experts in the field of public administration took part in the discussion. Aneta Babayan, representative from the RA Deputy Prime Minister's Office presented the vision of the Public Administration Reform Strategy until 2030. The experts mainly focused on the priorities of the strategy, the limitations and the timing aspects, the depth and volume of the material. The need for additional research and further expert discussions were emphasized.

The program envisages a series of similar meetings/discussions covering more specific agenda.
