On December 6, “Citizen Observer” Initiative observers have found the following electoral violations over the course of their work from 7:00 to 16:00:

88 cases of polling stations opening late have been registered, including violations of the commission rules, cases of campaigning at polling stations, and incorrect furnishing of polling stations:

Around 400 elections violations have been registered, including:

Failure of the precinct electoral commission (PEC) members to rotate positions every two hours according to the lottery, or prolonged absence from the polling station: 18 incidents.
Taking out of voting accessories from precincts: 3 incidents.
Taking out or bringing in voter ballots: 4 incidents.
Distribution of bribes or giving promises: 5 incidents.
Ballot stuffing: 9 incidents.
Shouting/pressure/intimidation/threatening physical violence against anyone: 25 incidents.
Multiple (voting in place of another) voting or attempting the same: 39 incidents.
Voter directing: 21 incidents.
Violating voting privacy: 39 incidents.
Obvious campaigning or propaganda at polling stations or in the vicinity: 16 incidents.
Directing voters into and out of polling stations: 40 incidents.
Transportation of groups of voters to polling stations or from polling station to polling station: 19 incidents
Gathering of people or vehicles within 50 meters of polling stations: 37 incidents
Presence of more than 15 people simultaneously at polling stations: 52 incidents
Presence of people without identification or more than one person from an organization in polling station: 36 incidents.
Obstruction of viewing of voter lists: 22 incidents.

From the beginning of voting day until 16:00, Citizen Observer Initiative observers and journalists have been under constant pressure, they have experienced violence, intimidation, and attempts at bribery; observers, the media, proxies, and commission members have had their rights consistently curtailed. There have been 82 such incidents.

Citizen Observer Initiative observers and journalists have been working against these pressures and continue to monitor the election and will be present at the vote count as well. On December 7th at 11:00, the Media Center will host the Initiative representatives at a press conference regarding the referendum process.
