On February 14, 2008, CRD/TI Armenia chairwoman Amalia Kostanyan was a guest of "Kiraki" weekly analytical newscast of "A1+" television. She was asked to reflect on instances of violation of election campaign, voters' opportunity of free expression of their will, new amendment to the electoral legislative framework, etc. "Kiraki" is aired on Sundays through "Hamaspyur" network of 11 television stations in Armenia's provinces.
