Twenty-six voters who polled early...

In Arabkir, as in all Armenia Twenty-six voters who polled early in the morning in Yerevans 4/33 electoral precinct were from Yeghvard, Kotayk province; the voters were temporarily registered in the given precinct to ensure votes in favor of Artak Sargsyan (aka SAS), naturally for payment. The newspaper mentioned and added that at the end of the day voters were paid one hundred dollars to ballot for Artak Sargsyan. An elderly voter in 4/1 precinct complained that two people whom he did not recognize were registered in his house. At the end of the day, the proxies of the candidates of independent and oppositionist political parties noticed that there were more ballot papers of majoritarian electoral system than the number of voters. Electoral precinct 4/12 also struck out by people who registered "unknown" relatives in their houses. By the way, a family from the precinct whom the journalists visited was unaware whom they allowed to be registered in their house. There were additional 51 voters from mainly Dilijan, Gegharkunik and Armavir in that precinct. The taxi driver that drove one of the newspaper journalists said that Prosperous Armenia Party offered 10 thousand AMD to each member of his family, whereas Republican Party of Armenia offered 15 thousand AMD.
