Call 0800 01 110 and you will receive free legal advice and assistance in processing corruption related complaints in the Yerevan Advocacy and Assistance Center run by Transparency International Anti-corruption Center (TIAC) and funded through the USAID Mobilizing Action Against Corruption Activity. The Center works from Monday till Friday, from 10:00 till 19:00 (with a lunch break at 12:00 - 14:00).

Citizens of Shirak and Lori Marzes can apply to similar Centers operated by TIAC's partners - Asparez Journalists' Club in Gyumri (0800 01 121) and Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor Office (0800 01 112), respectively.

2009 Statistical Data

In the first quarter of 2009, AACs received 231 applications: 100 in Yerevan, 55 in Gyumri and 76 in Vanadzor, out of which corruption-related cases included 92: (48 - in Yerevan, 17 - in Gyumri and 27 - in Vanadzor).

In the second quarter of 2009, AACs received 209 applications: 48 in Yerevan, 94 in Gyumri and 67 in Vanadzor, out of which corruption-related cases included 79: (30 - in Yerevan, 11 - in Gyumri and 38 - in Vanadzor).

In the third quarter of 2009, AACs received 170 applications: 59 in Yerevan, 45 in Gyumri and 66 in Vanadzor, out of which corruption-related cases included 58: (16 - in Yerevan, 4 - in Gyumri and 38 - in Vanadzor).

In the fourth quarter of 2009, AACs received 194 applications: 51 in Yerevan, 24 in Gyumri and 119 in Vanadzor, out of which corruption-related cases included 43: (10 - in Yerevan, 3 - in Gyumri and 30 - in Vanadzor).
